I’m not exactly sure why I was led to this, but my spirit felt very compelled to document it and go back and research at a later date.

PART 81— STATIONS ON LAND IN THE MARITIME SERVICES AND ALASKA- PUBLIC FIXED STATIONS

Could these codes mentioned somehow be related to U.S. Government accounting practices? I remember reading about T1, T2, T3 accounting lines in relation to accounts dealing with foreign trust accounts. 

Are we “person”, STATIONS ON LAND IN THE MARITIME SERVICE? 

Maritime laws, study them, define them. They seem related to container shipping and such, but look at it through the lense of a person being a vessel.
